I went to rent a short term lease apartment and the apartments they showed me was disgusting. One had a horrible smell and black mold growing in the bathroom and mold in the dishwasher. The other apartment was dirty. It also had a foul smell and a dirty kitchen. It seems as if tenants move out and they try and have other move right in without checking and cleaning the apartments. Do not rent at this property.
