Its good. Better when there was grass next to the spots. Now its a dusty gravel parking lot. Great people and setting by the river.

Very reasonably priced. Location excellent with WalMart, Costco and lots of shopping and places to eat close by. The people running the place are very nice. We stayed here with a camper and noticed lots of big rigs present. Sites are no smaller than lots of other RV spots across the country. It is older but the place is clean, the only minor complaint is the WiFi is not very strong, but the price is right.

We pay $600 per month plus electric which is metered for each space.
It depends on what it looks like. Is it registered? Is it insuraned?
No tents allowed anymore. New owners have changed everything. No more nightly RV parking either. Monthly space rental only.
