All the employees are friendly and provide excellent service! Carolyn F. assisted me in sending an item to my brother who is stationed in Japan. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. She made the entire process simple and I am very thankful for her assistance! GREAT JOB CAROLYN !!

Questions & Answers

We live on Westwood and haven’t had any mail-delivery in the last two days. Also our delivery on normal days has been so late. We use to get mail by 1.

The last two days where there was a big storm?

My Daughter sent me a package in Dec. from Brookings, S.D. to Wagner, S.D. and it never arrived. The post office in Brookings never have gotten back to her, so what are we to do? She didn't get a tracking # and I've checked at the post office here?
