Wait to call in are crazy (45 minutes so far and I’m still on hold). Please hire more staff for your call centers and I will change this review to a 5, because it’s a pretty decent hospital system overall. Thanks!

Always understaffed and slow. The Dr's are generally uninterested and grumpy. I've been to the E.R. several times and I've always been treated poorly. They seem to think that every person is addicted and a drug seeker looking for opiates. Go to MV and be treated like an actual patient... **EDIT** I think the sheer number of 1 star reviews and similar complaints about the facility are telling. It's not single isolated incidents, or staff just having a bad day. It's a chronic and consistent situation that is NOT being addressed or remedied. My opinion won't change.

Every time I try to call and get an appointment I have to listen to 10+ minutes of repetitive and unnecessary information before even having the pleasure of being put on hold. Then when I finally get through, I’m told that the soonest appointment is at least 2 weeks out (has occurred multiple times).

Every single time I have come here for help the staff has been extremely rude. I came in cause I was having trouble breathing I have asthma. I asked the estimated wait time and the lady was rude and told me to calm down and stop freaking out which I literally wasn’t I was having a hard time breathing and it wasn’t helping with the mask and she yelled at me when I pulled it down for like a second to try and catch my breath. Horrible place will never go back
