The most arrogant sales and management. These people are not selling tires thy are collecting information to sell. The person behind the counter lied to me. ...Need the vin# and licence plate# ... When did this start?... Corporate started it about 3 or 4 months ago. I left because they wouldn't sell me tires without that information, per the corporate bosses. I called the corporate office and was told they do not have a corporate policy to collect that information. This arrogance of this salesman lost that and any other future sale from me. And, I will tell everyone I know not to go to the Fayetteville store.

Got a flat tire running over a screw while in town for a wedding. My husband and I are from Michigan and had to drive home the next morning. We pulled in, got our tire patched for free (we had a discount tire brand tire) and back on the road in a couple hours.

I got 4 new tires Saturday after making an appointment and by Sunday morning one is completely flat. They’re closed on Sundays of course. I ubered to work in Rogers and had to catch a ride home to Fayetteville. I then had call for roadside service to help get the spare on. When I got to discount tire and they fixed their mistake I wasn’t offered any compensation. The manager wanted to see my Uber receipt to which I didn’t have as I left my phone at home. He said, “I can’t give more than $50 out of my till.” I was ready to just get home so then he said he could just put $50 on my card. What did that have to do with money in the till?!?! For all the pain it was getting to and from work, calling insurance, and having to go back for their mistake is ridiculous. I drove less than 5 miles on the new tires! I went because of good reviews but none here. Awful experience. Poor customer service! One should ask for reparations and when given them, they should be just and right!

Discount Tire of Fayetteville is a very professional business. I came here because of all the positive reviews. Just needed a small, slow leak repaired and also wanted to have all four tires balanced and rotated. Discount Tire took my car, fixed the leak, and balanced and rotated all four tires in less than 30 minutes. First time visitor, and now this will be my tire shop.
