I am always so impressed with the customer service at this store. All of the staff are friendly, prompt, and courteous. I came in today with several large boxes and asked if I could borrow their cart to bring them in. I was quickly met at my car with a UPS employee that insisted that he would unload my boxes for me. I greatly appreciated the help.

The best part about the UPS store js that you can take 15 different Amazon orders without the box or shipping label and they scan the return qrs on your phone and take the item. No printing or packaging required at home.
