Worst delivery drivers I’ve ever seen. Paid $10 in delivery fees to get a package today just for the driver to be too lazy to give me the package. Someone is going to lose their job.

it is not the post office I have a prblem with its the postal worker. this is the second time he hasn't picked up my mail. It is outside of my box so he can see it but if I don't get mail he doesn't come up to check. I live in a apartment

I filled out an application for a mailbox key to my apartment on june 9th and it is now july 14th and i still have no access to it. i have walked in asking for said key 4 different times and each time they can’t find my application nor my key and ask me to wait again.

Is there any way to call them without getting that stupid robot? I've spent 3 days trying to get ahold of anyone who can figure out why a package says delivered but then on cameras proof that they never even came to my house.

The mail carrier took my binder clip I use to hold mail on my mail slot, so my question is how am I suppose to mail important documents off now? Its bad enough that it didn't get picked up before now, it's been out there almost a week now.
