I have had Midco for 32 years and internet for about 20. Mid,ûas taken the time to help me when I call about problems with my Internet, TV or DVR. They are really patient with this 68 year who has no idea about electronics. I have lost my remote twice and they sent another one right I just wish they had TCM on our plan I miss the movies, yes we have lost power, had interference on cable but all I have to do is call the office So yes.I am mostly satisfied with Midco and will not change even though we do have other cable and internet company’s available to chose frru7mecb. Thanks you Midco for all your help and patiences. Helen Peterson Spearfish S.D.

The payment system is confusing and I kept getting double charged or not charged at all. No one could give me a simple yes or no answer when I asked questions about if I was going to be billed the following month or not after double paying. The refund took a few days which put me in an unexpected financial crunch. I spent all morning getting told to call or get a hold of specific people about my bill, and was sent on a wild goose chase all morning. Not only that but when the auto-pay doesn't pay, they slap you with all these late fees without calling, and you have to fight tooth an nail to explain that their payment system is set up to fail and leave customers confused... seems a bit... scammy?? I got so frustrated and upset with MONTHS of this happening, that i disconnected my services and went over to century link. I will probably never use these services again UPDATE: when I called to cancel services the lady on the phone said she never gotten a single complaint about the payment portal.... except 90% of the 1 star reviews on here are on just that. Lol

Listen to the bad reviews- they aren't wrong. Monopoly companies are scummy. Their website is terrible. No I do not have any questions and would not like any help, I would just like for there to be a different internet provider. The wifi is spotty and always cuts out on sunday nights, not worth the price or headache. Maybe it would be better to live off the grid than work with MIDCO...

Was very nice and resolved the problem immediately.

Ive wondered the same thing
I’ve tried also. From a live chat a few months back, it sounds like it can’t be added through the Midco TiVo box, so it would have to be streamed through another device. I can watch Prime on the smart TV, but I don’t know how on the others. I just ordered a fire stick and I’m hoping that is easy to use.

Yes.
Hi! We do offer a vacation plan to put your services temporarily on hold. You can learn more at Midco.com/VacationPlan.
Call midco only way to find out or ask IT for Touchmark
On your TiVo remote there should be an i button for information. A panel on the bottom of the screen will pop up where you can turn closed captioning on
5 to 10 years if you don't return
Unplug it then plug it back in
Ask them to send someone to your place. But first I'd ask them about it.
Midco has instructions for pairing all of their remotes here: https://www.midco.com/support/cable-tv/remote-controls/program-your-remote/
I'd prolly just call the 1800 number and ask
Reset the main cable box mine did that alot too
They make a power booster I think they'll give you one free call your cable company and ask
No power
Like pat just said, call the 1 800 number
Cause they are a very poor operation
Not Shure sorry
The basic ant so bad
If you don’t remember your code for your voicemail for your home phone, through Midco, I believe you would have to call and speak with a representative, and probably have it reset.
In addition to the speed of your package, I would look at: 1. How many devices are online and using WiFi? If you have three TVs, two computers and four smartphones all on at the same time, it will be a lot slower than just one TV. 2. How old are your modem and router? My bf replaced his ten year old modem and it made a HUGE difference! I know I have to replace my 6-7 year old modem, as well...I’m sure that is the reason my home internet is not exactly optimal speed. 3. The size, speed and location of the modem and router can also be a culprit. I would check those things first. I’ve considered upgrading to whole home, but that is an additional monthly charge. I rent my modem from Midco, and I know it can be replaced at any time. A six year old modem is basically ancient. So, in my case, I’m sure if I exchange my modem for a new one, it will solve any issues I have with slow internet.
Search series name and double click record button on series of choice.
They will replace it in the store. I don't know if they will charge or not, but I doubt that they would.
