Picked up my plates and registration today, the woman helping me was rude AF, not only to customers but coworkers. she pushed the paperwork to me, picked up her phone and rolled her eyes.. unprofessional, rude, micro aggression, passive aggressive… don’t like the job QUIT!!!

This place is very efficient, always has the people's interest at heart. They are thorough and informative and so polite, sometimes the wait line is heavy but they have the best customer experience ever. I don't care how far I have to drive they are the best!

You do not need an appointment at this office. But, they do not handle drivers licensing or permits.
They did a great job recently, helping to sort out a registration & VIN mix-up. Really wonderful support!

Yes, you pay online and choose to get them by mail or pick up at any office you choose. It's very convenient and easy
Hi Mary, If you have or setup a "License Express" account with DOL (DOL.WA.GOV), it might be easier to get your address updated on your Drivers license. I don't know what all you would need to change your address because we only process vehicle licensing. Don McCallum
