My mother stays here, and there is a really nice community of kind people there. My brothers and I visit frequently to help my mother with chores and to visit in general, and I often times am able to offer some help to her fellow residents, all of whom that I have met were kind. The staff is also responsive and tries to address any concerns in a timely fashion, but say the heater or ac is broke, you may have a wait, but that's because of the HVAC people, not the facility itself. They have monthly pot lucks, play games regularly, and they have a coffee hour in the mornings where my mom can mingle and make friends. It has a nice lake in the back that has fish, ducks, geeze, turtles, and it is pretty well kept up. Family of a resident is also allowed to fish, and so we took our nieces fishing there, so having family there makes it feel like a home, and not so much of a facility. The facilities themselves are also very clean and well maintained, if a bit dated in decor. The only real downside is that the size of the ovens in non-handicapped rooms are not full sized, so sometimes it may be challenging to fit a full sized meal in there. Also, parking is a bit light, so sometimes getting a spot is a hit-or-miss affair, as there are only 3 guest parking spots on the east end of the parking lot. Overall, I am very pleased with the apartments, and my mother is too. It's conveniently located just north of a Walmart, and a short drive north on Rock will get you to Dillons and Target, along with various fast food establishments. It is kind of tucked away in a calm and quiet residential area, so it feels safe and normal.

Maintenance is taken care of the place is taking care of its not run down not a slum close to restaurants shops stores grocery stores all convenience is within a 10 mile radius hospital and emergency care.
