After setting in cox south ER waiting room for 5 hours in Springfield mo begging for help for my sister who was in cardiac distress with them ignoring my pleas to please do something I had called the emergency department at aurora the er doctor Gregory Goodwin and nurse Sarah went immediately to working on her and gave her the best care they could in an excruciating time of need and never left her side until she was placed in an ambulance and sent back to Cox South. This Dr and his nursing personnel was 5 star for there service. And I want to thank him and his personnel for excellent care while in his hands.

In September of 2018, I was experienced arrhythmia while working in my back yard. I called my brother who only lived a few blocks away to come and take me to the hospital here in Aurora. He got me there in time before my heart stopped. They gave me a shock to get my heart back in rhythm and sent me by ambulance to Springfield Mercy. The staff at Aurora Mercy were the best and invited me to come back and see them. My brother and the staff at Aurora Mercy saved my life that day. Thank you so much!
