Trans ppl don't bother applying for jobs here. Its lip service protections, the minute you feel threatened and you bring it up, you're ignored. I dealt with hostility from the customers regularly, some of them even looked like they were going to take a swing at me. I was just there trying to do my job, organize the store, talk to customers.
