I don't usually have positive things to say about hospitals, but the staff here were great! Very friendly they took time listened and asked questions. They did their due diligence. Every person was kind and professional. I do wish the RN had mentioned that the machine automatically takes blood pressure because the first time it was surprising. Only thing I am not looking forward to is the bill in the mail.

The doctor here was very unprofessional he was hard to talk to and it seems like he had an attitude every time I have taken my wife to this hospital there has been something wrong they won't listen to what she is saying and they had actually gave her some medicine that she was allergic to after she told him that she was allergic to it I think we need to get some better doctors there who are more professionals

We went there on a Saturday evening and waited over two hours, was still not seen and left. I was so disappointed because my husband was in so much pain and I convinced him to go there because the last experience I had there was a quick in and out. No communication from the staff on the long wait. We was not the only ones to leave either.

Went in for severe abdominal pain. They got me in quick & The front desk lady was very nice. The nurse and dr was not! They barley said anything to me & barley asked questions. Nurse gave me a pain med then Dr ordered sono (sono guy was very nice) then came in told me I was fine. I was there for 3 and a half hrs and no info of any help was given. She didn’t ask me if I had any questions or anything. I told her I still had pain and she said Just said to take ibuprofen.. then handed me the discharge papers. When someone is in pain I would think people (especially healthcare professionals) would have more compassion but it really seemed like they didn’t believe me & that this is just a ‘paycheck’ to them. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience.

This is a hospital. The ER and In-patient side charge same as any St. Luke's larger location hospitals. Many times what you owe will depend on the extent on the care received and what insurance you have. This is not an urgent Care.
More like urgent care when they say 10 mins that's what they mean.
We had insurance so it was our copay.
It is an emergency room, so it would be a decision that the ER doctor would make.
