I live less than 2 miles from this Chilli's. I picked the food up about 2 minutes after it was marked ready, and when I got home (about 5 min) The food was stone cold. It was clearly ready prior to notification and not placed under a heat lamp. I understand heat loss for takeout, but my daughter's fries were actually cold to the touch, and every meal had to be thoroughly reheated. It is evident that Chili's cares little about the takeout customers. Had the food been in that condition dine-in, we would have walked out. Extremely disappointed.

Welcome Quality

It’s been a while since dining in at this location so we visited yesterday for a family birthday dinner. PROS: The food is still as good as I remember and the staff were very nice! Even the kids ate well! CONS: The restaurant could use a really good cleaning. I actually considered leaving at first but we had several people with us. If it was a regular dinner out, I likely would have politely left. The first thing I noticed was the smell. While restaurants typicality smell like the aroma of the food they serve, this location emits a stale, old grease smell as soon as you walk inside. The tables and menus were sticky and the credit card machine that sits on the table was greasy and had dried crusty food on it. There was also a dead fly on the window seal next to me. Then the cocktail I ordered came with a noticeably brown lime wedge (which was the only thing I complained about during our whole visit). The concerning part was that we were there on a non-busy Wed afternoon so it’s not as if the restaurant was too busy to keep up with the basics. I’m sure I won’t go back for a while. I’m hopeful that my next visit will be a more positive experience. If so, I’ll gladly post an update.

Went with my family for supper. I wanted to sit at a booth, but, none were available. So glad we were seated in the bar area. Mike our server was amazing! Very knowledgeable and on the ball. He made our time there a great experience. Food was good as expected. Not waiting for a drink refil or extra sauce was great.. So request Mike when you go.
