I couldn't order a dozen donuts because apparently you need to order ahead of time now so I only got 2... I bought 25 munchkins and they are stale. Crumble into pieces stale not just a little old. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars because the manager gave me a replacement order for free.

I wouldn’t recommend spending money at this Dunkin. 9 times out of 10 my coffee is messed up, horribly messed up. The coffee often taste how fast food restaurant trash cans smell, it’s really bad. The only luck I have is when I come to this Dunkin around 3 or 4 PM, my coffee usually isn’t horrible around those times. But I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, I’m disappointed nearly every time.

I keep trying to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house and I’m a big Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I’ve never experienced a worse Dunkin’ store. The employees are rude and I have not had one good experience there. I either receive the wrong items or it’s not made the way I asked for it. Today I came in to eat rather than go through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich for my toddler. It was burnt to a crisp. I had to take it back. They remade it and it came out like the second picture, falling apart. I had to disassemble the sand which so he could actually eat it. Get it together please, I love Dunkin’ and want to be able to go here!! I think hiring some adults would be a good idea.

I always enjoy stopping at Dunkin. My favorite order, I always say to the person taking my order, I'll take your fav drink in a large with light ice. I'm never disappointed.
