Connie helped with our purchase and was quite pleasant and helpful, however, the delivery is well past the time we were told it would take. The furniture is here in town at the warehouse and its taken over a month to get a delivery date! Especially when you have to pay $200 for delivery! Not sure I'll shop here again.

The furniture is super comfy but the styling needs to get out of the 80s unless that's what you are looking for.

We bought couches with warranty and tried contacting the lady during Covid. Never got a response. Finally got help to order a new couch. We ordered in February and it’s still not here. Waiting for coni to still call us back from our call to the store a month ago. And we were promised a free rug but once again- no one responds.

I walked in, Connie was walking toward me...she greeted me, I showed her a picture of the chair I was looking for, she knew immediately the style, I tried it out, asked the price, with a pre-Black Friday sale price, chose the fabric and ordered the chair! She was very personable and knowledgeable of merchandise...it was a pleasant experience! Thanks
