I've been to this location 5x since I moved to longmont. Today is the first day I was able to get into the garage. The prior 4x, I sat in the rear lot and waited for 10 minutes without anyone there acknowledging me. Each of those 4x, I went to the other valvoline location where I was always treated well. Today, being my 5th time, I was able to get into the 1st bay at 10am this morning. There was no other cars in the other bays either. Within 2 minutes, I was being asked questions about this and that, and there were technicians all over my truck. It looked like things were getting started. Suddenly the technician said to me that they did not have a filter to fit my (09 F-150), and that if I would go to the store to pick one up, then they could change my oil. I was taken back by what they were asking, so I asked for a manager. Doug came out, and I explained to him that I've had a difficult time the past 4x I was there, and now I was being asked to go to the store and purchase an oil filter in order to get an oil change. Doug's response was, "my filter order hasn't come in." no apologies, no remorse, nothing. He did mention that if I didn't want to go to the store, I might try another Valvoline location. What happened to customer service? It's a shame I've gone here 5x in a row, and have been treated poorly 5 times.
