Mile High did a great job with our installation and even came back for some modifications. Overall we are very happy with the company and would use them again. Unfortunately there was a gap in returning for repairs due to staff shortages, but in the end we were very happy customers.

The coating will still cure down to negative 30 degrees. However, on really cold days (highs in the low 20s) we may postpone until it warms up a bit.
Most household chemicals and oil will not harm the product. However, battery acid that isn't cleaned up can weaken or deteriorate the coating if left over a period of time.
We can fill in the control joints, but it is up to you and personal preference.
The flakes give the floor a nice blend of traction while still being smooth enough to make it easy to clean.
We recommend dish soap and water to clean your epoxy garage floor. Simple Green can also be used.
The floor can be walked on the next day.
