Great location, they stay open until 11pm I believe. This time I just had to grab some kitty litter for my friend as pi was p on my way to stay with them, and this Ralphs had p what pi needed at a good price. No line, I was in n out. Great location!

Picked up an instacart order here and the cashier didn't scan my barcode correctly. She said we can just scan it after she scanned all our groceries. She called the manager over to ask how to fix it and he told her to have us go back to the end of the line (that now had 4 people in it) and that we would have to go through and scan our entire $340 grocery order again. I asked why I had to move to the end of the line and he said because those people were waiting. I told him that I am also waiting. He did not care. If it had been me shopping for myself I would have left all $340 of groceries there and taken my business somewhere else. He was so very rude. Not sure why he couldn't have opened another lane for those customers if he was so worried about them. It took me an extra 25 minutes just to check out where my customer was waiting. Also this was at 445pm when I get the most batches so it also cost me money in other orders I could have been doing. I called to make a complaint but I am still waiting for them to return my call with a resolution.

Wow! Received great service from Rachel in the bakery. She helped me pick out a cake and really made it look nice with frosting and candy roses and a "Happy Birthday Grandma" written in beautiful cursive. Thanks Rachel. PS Rachel deserves a …
