We used Mortimer for new counter tops. Salesman at Mortimer was very unprofessional and very poor customer service. We kept getting added cost above and beyond quote. They sub contracted to Kitchen Expo in Shelby. They showed up to install countertops and they were cut wrong. Waited 4 more days for them to recut. The piece of granite they cut looks like it’s 20 years old. It has chips in it and huge spots that look like it’s water stains. Neither business will make it right. Paid $3400 for very poor work and product. Never use either again. Lesson learned.

Questions & Answers

This has to be one of the worst web sites I have ever used for building products. All the major lumber yards actually give prices and availability on line. This is nothing more than a link to other sites the way I see it.
