Their online web site is junk. They cant find orders and then they double charge and you wont get shipping or status emails on double orders. They just charge your bank account same they stuff shows up.

Went to this store to purchase a sportyak 245 as they were the closest store to have one on hand. I called to reserve one since there was only 2 in stock.. The following day, I couldn't make it to the store, so I called and asked them to hold it for one more day.. the associate confirmed my name and said he would place the note on the item. Finally made it down there around 11 AM. When I asked the cashier up front about the item I had being held for me, she said we could check and took me to the area where they were held. No note was found on the item, and noticed there was a pretty deep scratch and mentioned it. I was told "that's how they come off the truck". I replied, "well I guess I will just have to purchase the one as is, if it is available". It was, so we went up to the front and completed the transaction. Unbeknownst to me, there was more damage than I had originally noticed at the store. Since the store is in Seattle and I live on Key Peninsula, and it was already 2PM I Decided to keep it rather than try to call and ask for a replacement.. and since the distance was so far, I assumed that they would say I had damaged it after it left the store.. So, once I got the boat home, I noticed a huge gash on the underside which I missed while securing it to my vehicle. I also noticed one of the rear corners was dented inward from the bottom. I purchased a boat that doesn't even float for full price! Totally regret not pushing for a discount or a replacement. Hopefully I will be able to make it float with some silicone and flex-seal tape! Purchase with caution at this store! Check for damage since the employees don't already do that. UPDATE: After being told by the manager of the store that all of the parts were included, and after attempting to put everything together, I realize, I do not have all of the parts. Hopefully I will be able to go to the store today and collect a refund for the discount and the remaining parts needed to assemble the boat...

I wish I got the names of the people that helped me, they were awesome. I purchased the RIB on sale and they held it till I could arrange a truck. I live 200 miles away, so I couldn't just pop in and grab the boat. I also needed assistance getting all the stuff as new boat requires and they were very patient and helped with everything. I looked at fishing gear and found the pricing better than anything I could find online, so I'll be back to get more goodies.
