The Cross On The Hill is such an incredible experience. I am thankful for the every single person who has intentionally created a place for people to reflect on God’s love and grace that envelops the empty cross. If you are looking for a place filled with peace and a view that will cause hope to surge through your soul, take the drive and sit for a while. You will be grateful that you did!!!

Beautiful little park that is easily passed on the roadside. I had driven down the road several times and didn't see it there until later. So glad I did. My gratitude to the owner for the hard work out into this beautiful place. In the evening before the sun sets it's so peaceful and calming. Thank you for a very special place!

One of the most beautiful places I've been too.

Dad has made this project his life’s work and will gladly share it with anyone who comes by. You will be greeted by colorful ribbons paying homage to the Iroquios and/or possibly Delaware tribes who had a village here or nearby back before European pioneers settled here. At this point, The Cross on The Hill is practically an outdoor church with seating, stations of the cross, a memorial area, brick walkway. Few parking spots are available. Take extra care if you park along the road. And keep an eye out for wildlife like elk, white tailed deer, beer. Healing services, masses, weddings are being held in this breath taking spot. No admission charged and you won’t even find a donation box. This is his labor of love. Be sure to sign his “nosey “ book to say hello and where you are traveling from as he enjoys knowing:) Prayer request book available too. Those wishing to contribute to upkeep and the goal of acquiring a bit more land for the parking can leave contact info in one of the notebooks on site. The state plans to pave the road to the Cross in 2019. It is a beautiful spot to enjoy the Pennsylvania hillside in every season, finding your own sanctuary here. All seekers are welcomed at the Cross.
