Wanted to purchase a flag that was on the wall at the store. The employee at the time told me that the flag could not be reached as it required her to get a ladder. The owner had the ladder and wouldn't return until October 5th. I was told that the flag we be put on hold and my phone number was taken down. We'll to no surprise I didn't receive a phone call. So I went into the store and after noticing the flag was gone I was told that they already sold it.. I demanded for the owner to be present and this skinny blond lady that looked like she smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day came out and verbally assaulted me. I went on Amazon and purchased the same flag for $3 cheaper with free shipping. This experience has truly changed my perception on supporting local business.

I have shopped in this store for years, but sadly can no longer. I felt safe going into the store with children because they honored God with a beautiful saying on their wall, but I noticed profanity on the wall plaques for sale & my little ones are starting to read. A store called “Mommy & me” sounds like a family friendly store, it’s not!

This is an overpriced consignment store. People who drop items off are supposed to be paid their share of what the item sells for. There are so many people who stopped taking items to this place because they get ripped off. There are people who stopped shopping there because they have been ripped off as well. The owner acts like a friend to well known customers but then goes behind their back and talks trash about them. The owner always has items on the sidewalk where people try to walk and the items are in sometimes on the middle of the sidewalk. I have seen people trip over things that are placed outside for display. It looks like a pile of junk in front of the store rather than a nice display of just a few items. The inside is just as bad with buckets in several places to catch water from the leaking ceiling.

They have tons of items but I bought a pair of boots, when I got home the soles crumbled off. I called the store and they said "Too Bad, all sales are final". "You should have checked the merchandise better. For the $20 plus tax they cost me, I was disheartened. I'll never shop there or recommend them again. Not worth your time or money
