The staff is great. We checked in very late on Friday (really Saturday morning) and had an issue where the keys to our reserved room at The Wayne Inn did not work, so the staff, particularly Iris (bartender / manager) fought for us and found us a room within the Hotel Wayne, keeping our original price. Thank you!

Our party of 12 attempted to eat here tonight for dinner after being recommended Bistro 1202 from locals while we are in town for a ski tournament. Unfortunately we never got to experience it as the hostess / waitress was extremely rude to us & told us she didn’t have time to deal with our group, so we took our group elsewhere which one of the other staff members was polite enough to recommend to us after being treated so badly. It’s safe to say will never be going back here.

The history of the hotel is nice. The restaurant is great. The rooms are not so great, especially the sofa bed.

This is not one of those modern hotel chains. This is an historic privately owned hotel and it was one of the best hotel experiences ever. We're just in love with this place. The restaurant downstairs was beautiful and the food was definitely top shelf. We'll be back! 😊
