What could have been the start of a bad weekend, turned out to be better than we planned. We rented an RV for Father's Day weekend on the Frio. When we got to the site and go to extend the slide, it would not open. After many attempts and tactics, we called it a night and just made it with work for the night. When we called them the next morning and after realizing that there was no option to fix it where it sits, they sent a replacement unit that was bigger than the one we rented. They delivered it, removed the old one, and set it up the new one. While no one could predict a mechanical failure, they went above and beyond to save the weekend. Should we even find a need to rent another RV, we will definitely go to Woody's.

Absolutely awesome folks. We rented a second RV for our Father's Day weekend annual trip. The RV we rented had a mechanical issue that made it mostly unusable when arrived at our destination. The owner answered the phone when I called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. She sent a very nice young man almost 4 away with a replacement RV. They definitely took good care of us and I will 100% use them again in the future. Very pleased with our experience.

DO NOT RENT YOUR CAMPER TO JULIE I bought a brand new camper to find out it was to small for us. After 1 use I let Julie rent it. Month after month if was rented and problem after problem. Camper was under warranty but Julie said " we don't have time to wait for warranty" so they fixed the supposedly bad parts but could not produce old parts. Each month I would have to call and beg for my check for rentals And would get a crock story each time One said winter is slow I need to pay my employees Blah blah Finally I didn't get a check for 4 months and the camper was repoed Now the same camper is still on her website says sold out It's not sold out It's just not there cause she won't pay you
