It’s impossible to reach a live person. With gas at $5 a gallon I can’t afford to drive to flint to see a person in person:(

They have their call line set up so you can't get a hold of an actual person.

You go to the courthouse to the Circuit Court second floor Clerk's Office and she can look you up by names to see if there is any cases filed. Take a few dollars with you in case there is something filed you can buy a copy of it, it is $1 per page
