I have happily been a tenant of Schooner Cove for over 15 years. I love the surroundings and the environment here. The quality of living here has been maintained and protected by great management at McKinley properties. They take pride in the maintenance of their properties and they truly care about the input of their tenants.

Schooner Cove staff respond urgently to repairs reported to their office. Having multiple ways to make a report is a plus! Mr. Gee has always responded in kindness and takes care of tasks not included in the original report. This makes living peaceful!

These buildings are falling apart and the owners don’t hire enough employees to fix all the problems. If you can afford to live ANYWHERE else that’s not a McKinley property, take your money elsewhere. Also a young man was killed in the neighborhood a few years ago. And look at the Ypsilanti crime maps for this neighborhood before you sign a lease.

There are many factors that go into approving a rental application, so there isn't a set number for credit. Bad credit doesn't necessarily mean you won't get approved. The best way to know if you will get approved is by applying.
