We've done lessons, tournaments and league play here. The facilities are clean and nice. Plenty of parking and concessions.

Big place. It is nice to have this in the area. I have seen bathrooms and truck stops and gas stations that look better. New turf has been needed for years. Everything that touches the turf, turns black. There are raised patches on the fields that look dangerous. I hope they put the fees back into the place and make it the gem it used to be. But, hey let's do the floors...

Yes, they do offer training facilities geared towards the sports they host. i.e soccer, baseball, lacrosse etc. In addition to fitness classes, both group and one on one with a trainer. Im not sure about kickboxing.

You can use any cleats but metal. However turf shoes are probably best.
