Customer service was awful. Charged me extra for over the weight limit with description 47 tons over, note the weight limit is 4 tons. I only had old carpet and some wood board from an 1800 sqft house. When I called, they said it was from computer and they can only send me the weight receipt...no attempt to address my concern about it might not be my dumpster or system error, not recommend.

I tried booking through the website & it said there was an error so I tried booking over the phone. I gave the company two contact numbers for me; My Canadian and US number. I gave the US visa debit card to pay over the phone along with an email of a photo of my card and driver's license. I called today to ensure dumpster will be arriving tomorrow and they said my card declined. I asked if it declined why wasn't I notifed that it declined so I can provide alternate payment method or contact my bank. The gentleman on the line said I was notified by their automated messaging system which I was not. I received no texts or emails or even a call. Now Im scrambling to find a dumpster for tomorrow. Their communication definitely needs improvement.
