I love working with Noelle the personal trainer she listens and she shows you want needs to be done. She very supportive and amazing and the life guards are amazing and helpful as well. I recommend Noelle if you are looking for an aquatic trainer. She is wonderful

Been closed since covid/ probably only gym in the state still dragging their feet. Owe many members back dues that were paid in advance....wouldnt recommend them to anyone... May have to sue for 11 months paid in full.

I dont have a current schedule. I have a question for you though, i was in a bad car accident and have a lot of back pain, do you think yoga would help?
They offer a ton of classes, water arobics , they have a gym id have to look at the sheet there are so many classses. I had aquatic theraoy and had to try to find tine in between classes.
Every month they have a special. It usually comes out to $35-$45 a month.
