Not very easy people to work with!!! In response to their response to my review! First of all I never wanted anything free! I was not aware that I got the door at cost until I picked it up! I ordered the door on a Tuesday and was told it would be in that Friday, it didn't appear until a week and a half later! I called on a Monday to make arrangements to pick it up that afternoon but was told he wouldn't stay after hours due to "Tennis Tournaments " I called back and made arrangements to pick it up the next morning!! To say they tried twice after hours is a flat out lie! A week later I got a text that my metal for the door was there!!! After I went to Lowe's and bought what I needed to install the door! Now I have 3 pieces of aluminum angle I don't need! I didn't write this review to bash ABB just reporting my experience!!
