Shea still has my Yukon and there is no hope in sight. It has been with the company for about 2 weeks now. I paid them $1700 for a new fuel injector. I picked my car up and drove it not even a quarter of a mile and the check engine light was back on. I waited 3 hours on Saturday to be told they could not figure it out. Monday they called and said the fuel injectors they put in were faulty. Tuesday they put new fuel injectors in again, still to no correction to my vehicle. They do not offer a curtesy and have no idea how to fix my truck. I was told they put a help desk ticket into GM corporate and have to simply wait now. I need a car to drive to work. I already paid them. Staff seem friendly, but issue is not resolved.

Best car buying experience hands down! It was quick, easy, and not stressful whatsoever. My last car buying experience was total opposite of that! Rodger Buckley and Steve Thomas were super nice & so helpful. Made the whole experience what it was!

Have to Wear a mask and very sanitary. Always 6 feet along with Social Distancing
I'll try that. When I went I was told no more washes and they didn't say anything about going to the service area.
