Went there today 6/13, it was slow but that’s normal. It wasn’t that bad last time but today the coffee I ordered tasted like water, and same with the frozen hot chocolate that I ordered. Didn’t taste like there was any chocolate at all, also got a glazed donut and it was kind of dry and the glaze looked kinda old it just fell off the donut.

Awful service. No other cars in line still waited five minutes to take the order. Asking for a sandwich hashbrown and apple juice. Order was taken. Get to the window out of apple juice I just take water. Try to give me food on the wrong bread and just gave out the right bread to another customer then tells me they are out. Save your money go somewhere else.

I don’t know why the coffee taste like gasoline. They barley put enough creamer even though I asked for 6, they also didn’t put the coconut shot… not what I ordered. Montrose location makes good coffee.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. What is this even supposed to be? Every time I go here it just gets worst and worst every time. Never going here again. The person who made this needs to be fired.
