Very prompt service. Came out in less than 3 hours. Technician was professional and knew what he was doing. They installed heavy usage springs due to the high usage of this door. The door is now quieter than when it was new. Very happy with the service.

Please consider any other company when purchasing a door! Please see my pictures of the installation, they say a lot. Ordered a door in December, door arrived in their shop in March, was told that the door would be installed in April or early May. After no communication, I called in late June and was told that I was going to get a call in the next few days for the install, waited 3 weeks patiently and got no call. When I called them back to follow up in July, they were rude and told me to "wait like everyone else". When I finally got an install date, the installer came 4 hours late, and told me he had to come back. He told me he would return the next day between 11:30 to noon to finish, didn't show up until 6pm, and still couldn't finish. The trim was installed without a 45 degree angle, so it looks like an amateur did it. The clips holding the screen in the door were used and rusted, was promised new ones but they kept the old used ones on it. Caulking around the door was caked in the corners and not smooth, looks like a toddler did it. Installer didn't put the plastic plugs in the door, just left the screws exposed and the plugs taped to the door. They also left a mess in my entry, didn't sweep or vacuum the dust after the job. After waiting so long and paying so much, I expected much better, but was disappointed with every step in my transaction with them.

We ordered screen doors from Suburban and patiently waited 4 months for the doors to arrive . When they did the installer called and set an appt. I didn’t have a problem with him delaying the appt after his car broke down for another week, but I did have a problem with the job he did. The nails stuck out and weren’t hammered in,and when he did hammer them he broke through the door wood. Secondly, the door jam wasn’t set and slammed every time we opened it. And lastly, the door wood was caulked because it was cracked by the nails and so poorly it looked worse then when we had the old door in. The cracked door wood finally was replaced by the company a month later, but only after we called several times asking them when they will be coming out!
