First time I went here had a positive experience, no issues / complaints. Second time had some follow up tests and their billing, over billing, rebilling , refunding which stretched close to 8 months AFTER the visit was annoying. Third trip come in for my appointment. Asked to come into the patient room for the vitals check and wait for the doctor. sitting in the patient room for going on 47 minutes now. If the doctor is not ready to see the patient maybe don't ask the patient to come in and tell them the doctor will be with you shortly. Also the walls are thin so I can hear my doctor in the room nextdoor visiting with someone else so either they forgot about me in this room or they clearly and blatantly double booked and I guess I'm the odd one out. If they do double book maybe don't chat about non medical related things while other patients are waiting.

Absolutely love the doctors and nurses. We switched from Henry Ford and we like it here so much better. Dr. Smeenge and Dr. Brenner are great!

What’s the point of having a primary care doctor that you can never see?!?!? I’m not someone that can be pawned off to other docs, I want to build a relationship with a physician and not repeat myself 20 different times to a different doc. This practice is too much and I need to find somewhere else.

Called to see why my office visit that I paid for and later was covered completely by my insurance has not been refunded. This is either the 3rd or 4th time I have called. First time, the visit had not been charged so they could not refund my money. The billing department eventually had to request that my visit be processed so that they could bill the insurance company and then refund me. I called to day and was told that there was a new number for billing which I called and had to wait about 15 minutes. Turns out they do not do the billing but did handle my blood work. They owed me from 2016 for an overpayment. Sending check. When back to Infinity and was given another number. CAlled that number and had to leave a message even though the office is open till 4. Left message. I spent 55 minutes on the phone trying to get this resolved. Very unhappy.

I'm not sure if there is an obgyn there however if your seeing a doctor at the facility you could jus ask.
I work with suite 340 in the same building not 230 so lab hrs. would be different. Two different practices under the same name. They may or may not be connected to each other. You could call suite 230 and ask. . . .
Flu shots and Hep A vaccinations are available.
