We had a trust done is AZ but have recently moved to MI. I'm not sure we even need the trust as we have minimized so much. Should we dissolve the trust?

I am living at my dad's house taking care of him he is 88 years old. he has an $85,000 home equity loan. since I am living at his address, will i be liable to pay his loan when he passes away? Should I get a po box or something?
