My wife and I are building our retirement home and Brubakers was recommended to us to purchase and install our fireplace. We should have been alerted to their shortcomings when time after time as we attempted to get updates and answers from them our messages went unanswered. A job that should have taken one day stretched out to over a month and a half and they never completed the work promised and paid for. In fact when asked when they would be back to complete the work we were told they would not be able to come back to finish it. I would NEVER recommend to anyone to do any business with this company. I myself operate businesses and the first rule is to be honest and by all means communicate with your customers and never leave a job undone.

Brubaker has been easy to work with so long as you are comfortable communicating and paying via phone. Their team members work quickly, are knowledgeable, and are always willing to explain what they are doing (and why). Weekend service is available at an extra cost. We plan to keep using their services.
