I went to Newburgh to attend a wedding & needed a gel polish change and lip wax. Tommy is amazing. Great customer service shown by how loyal his customers were. Just sitting and waiting for service, you can tell why people return! Next time I’m in Newburgh I’ll make sure to stop by again!

I went for a fill in on botched acrylics I had done somewhere else. The gentleman that did my nails (so sorry I didn't get his name, older man ), did such a great job fixing what someone else messed up. I am so picky with my nails that I've been salon hopping since my favorite spot closed. Tommy's Nails, you have a new faithful customer:) Thanks again!

UPDATE: I went in again and was given to what I suspect was the “new girl” and I showed her a pic of exactly what I wanted and it came out less than desirable. The next day the Gel polish peeled off and I went back and they sent me to someone who didn’t understand English but he removed all the polish and polished them in a neutral color and I left never to return again. I found the perfect place for my nails. I went in On a Tuesday around 2:30pm. Tommy seated me. Asked me how I like my nails. He asked me questions about style and color. He was very detailed and attentive and did an amazing job. Although this salon is 30 minutes from home, it is definitely worth the travel!
