Due to supply issues it took a little over three months to get one of the Trek Dual Sport 3 ;however, Joey went above and beyond to find another Trek store with it in stock and my bike arrived in two weeks. The bike mechanics at Trek Issaquah are awesome. I broke a rear derailleur and hanger on a Saturday and called them in a panic because I'm training for a big bike trip. They replaced the hangar and derailleur that afternoon while I waited. Thanks for the skilled and timely service!

I've been using Trek Issaquah as my local bike shop for my Trek Domane SL5 and the team have been fantastic, whether it is for Trek specific parts like a different seat post to improve bike fit, general bike servicing or more recently swapping over wheels to a set of Winspace Hyper 50 - great service all round.

Went to the east side to get out of Seattle and decided to stop in a bike shop since I just started biking since I have this idea that I will do a triathlon next year (literally went on my first ride this morning). Was able to get parking right up front, the store was easy to find. The atmosphere was super laid back and not intimidating for a newbie like myself. Looked at a few things and then an employee approached me. Asked me great pointed questions and gave me a few tips and solutions to what I was encountering. Ended up with a cool jersey and some gloves. Although slightly out of my way due to Jacob (associate) I will bring my bike in there to get some help and guidance with. Overall, wonderful experience.
