I went to this ARCO Sunday morning at 550 am. The first pump said please wait pay loading. I waited, it was not working. The second pump seemed to work. The pin pad did not seem to work then the display said see attendant. I went inside. The clerk was a middle age middle eastern man. I said 2 of the pumps were not working. He started shouting at me saying the pumps were working, I tried to explain that they were not. again he just shouted at me. Another clerk, a younger female saw him, interupted, said to me i'm sorry i can help you. Which she did. The non working pumps and especially his behavior were unacceptable.

The problem is that they have homeless people that live right behind that Arco and on the side of the freeway. They are always there panhandling. If they kept the bathrooms open, the homeless people would go into the store more often disturbing the customers, but since they lock the bathrooms, the homeless and beggars stay outside.
The car wash, since it's automatic, should be open 24 hours, just like the store and gas station.
