Their pharmacy has been disorganized for years, but the last three or four months have been disastrous. Online prescriptions don't get filled, even when you talk with them I've had them forgotten. Some filled prescriptions get lost after they say they are ready. Finally was enough to stop using Walgreens.

You can see the employees are working hard and are actually very nice. However, the pharmacy's operation is extremely disorganized. The line here is usually very long. There is a sign for express pick up, but they use that stand just the same as any other, so no actual express pick up here. I came here today for a flu shot (with an appointment!) and had to wait in the pharmacy line, then wait about 40 more minutes. Someone has to come and reorganize this place.

Terrible experiences here. My doctor had called in a script several times, and even SPOKE to the pharmacist, which the pharmacist denied receiving. She later told the Doc that “oops our phones have been set to the forwarding service”. So which excuse is it? And as I am asking her questions at the counter she literally just walked away from me without providing me a solution in how to actually get my script filled.
