Today 10/18/22 at 8:10 I witnessed a bad behavior of a client against an employee named Desarai and after treating her badly for an order she badly asked for, I called the manager to get her fired, that's why I asked for the number of the General manager to make sure they don't do an injustice against a good employee like Desarai who treated me very well I'll be calling in a few days to make sure Desarai is still working at this place if she wishes so and that she isn't fired by a person who doesn't know how to order properly and then wants to lash out at the employees. Got charged more that the displayed menu showed for items. When I complained they said they had raised their prices a few days before and hadn't updated the menu. How about you update the menu then start charging the new updated price? Also the items we got are our usual and these were the worst we have had.

Wanted a grilled cheese burrito the board says it cost $3.84 they rang up for $4.29 I asked the cashier if she could do a manual price override and sell them to me for the advertised price and she refused. I left without buying anything because I don't like being duped. I will remember this in the future and I will never stop at this Petro's truck stop or this Taco Bell ever again. Both the Taco Bell and the Petro Truck Stop that it is located inside of have lost my business permanently. I refuse to pay any dollar amount higher than the advertised price. There's absolutely no excuse for this. The person that sets the prices is either being lazy or incompetent and the cashier is either too lazy or incompetent to adjust the price. Either way, it's dishonest and immoral to advertise a product for one price and then try to charge more at the point of sale.
