I took my daughter in today due to her crashing on a dirt bike and getting injured. We got in a room within 10 minutes but NEVER got to see a Dr. I even asked for a Dr or if there was one on duty and both nurses on duty ignored me. They chose to walk right past me. I told my daughter to put her shoes on and that we were leaving. I got out to the car and called to talk to a Supervisor. Of course one does NOT exist and neither does a manager! I am livid

Thought that Dr. Gill had a care for me being taken care of but instead tricked me and wasted a ton of my time and money. I went in for a laceration to my hand. He could have stitched me up right then and there but he had “concerns” and instead told me I had to go the ER to have a hand surgeon look at my hand and I could ONLY go to Evergreen Hospital to get this done. After waiting 7 HOURS and not getting seen until 2am they tell me at the hospital that there is no hand surgeons to look at my hand so they stitched up my hand and sent me in my way. But now I have $1000 in fees from the hospital to have been there to get this work done. $1000 for 3 STITCHES!! Dr. Hill could have done it and had it been over and done with in a matter of 30 minutes and costing not even half of that amount. Absolutely furious right now and feel completely disrespected.

Beware of “Dr.” Hillary Starr- the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The handful of times I went in and seen her, I was gaslighted, looked at like I’m crazy, like I’m just fabricating and making things up. I never felt heard while talking to her and I found myself in a panic trying to explain to her what’s going on because she kept acting like she didn’t understand and then super rude she’d be like “OK, WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO GET OUT OF THIS APT?!” Like, if you would have listened to me without judgement, you would know what I need. She would cut me off and shut me down and once I was upset after the constant gaslighting and being short with me and I was frustrated, she was threatening to kick me out of the appointment. It truly felt like she didn’t listen to me, she didn’t spend quality time hearing me and guiding me. She was short, rude, condescending, and not ONCE did she ever mention any helpful alternatives or guidance. Complete waste of my time, especially when I’m not feeling good and dealing with a serious infection that I was on HEAVY antibiotics for and was having an ALLERGIC REACTION that she TURNED ME AWAY FROM. SHE DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY WOUND. Absolutely will NOT go back to her or any doctors in this clinic for that matter.

It was disappointing to realize there's doctor's at providence that lose concentration or just rush to get things done. On 6/7/21 my 48 yr old mother went to the walk-in clinic convinced she was positive for Covid due to her being exposed to a family member that tested positive which she did in fact informed the staff. She went in hopes of getting more helpful tips or suggestions on what to do with her symptoms that had been painful for the past week including not being able to get rid of the fever. Thanks to Dr. Grace T. my mother left the clinic with incorrect information she was told her Covid results were negative and to just quarantine, luckily she decided to go to the clinic the next day for a second opinion since her fever just kept getting worse, she was told there was a mistake regarding her results which turned out she was positive for Covid and needed to get admitted. She's unfortunately still looking forward to getting discharged and recovering. I'm just glad my mother didn't get convinced by just quarantining herself, when in reality more than that was needed for her health. Never hesitate in getting second opinions regarding your health concerns.
