Pretty gross inside but okay it’s a Waffle House. I just wanted some eggs. Was ignored for 20 mins even though I was the only person in the restaurant. Friend of the guy working came into the store and they started chatting. I had been there 20 minutes and they looked at me and continued to chatting with their friends. Like this is unacceptable . It’s Waffle House I don’t expect great service. But I would like to be acknowledged and looked at without scorn. There was zero interest in serving me and it was clear they’d rather have out of the restaurant. So I walked out, and they didn’t even flinch. I’m fine to wait if you’re busy. But communicate a bit.

Nice surprise! If you’ve been to any Waffle House more than once you know you have to usually lower your expectations haha. This one in particular was actually very clean and the staff were very nice and pleasant. They even had old school r & b playing to lighten the morning. Best service ive ever had at a Waffle House all up and down the east coast

N E V E R going back there again. I haven’t been to a Waffle House in a looong time and this experience was the perfect reminder of why I don’t go there. The cooking stations were disgusting and I can’t believe I ate something from there. One of the ceiling tiles was a little perched open and I could see little specks of something falling over the fixings station. I don’t even want to describe what was going on in the waffle making station, just take a look at the pictures. The most disgusting thing I saw was an employee placing her hand and getting a paper napkin wet under the water faucet that was filling up a pitcher of soapy water that was meant to clean beverage cups. They proceeded to clean cups from the same water. I had the Texas patty melt and I am full of regrets.
