DAWN is the best stylist I have ever had! I have very difficult hair to work with. It tends to frizz and is very color resistant. Dawn is probably the first stylist I have had that consistently does a great job. Highly recommend seeing Dawn for beautiful hair!

So I usually go to the Geneva location, and the other day stopped at the Saint Charles one cause I was by it .. what a difference!!! The employees at the Saint Charles location were rude and had horrible customer service , which motivated me even more to come here and give 5 stars to the Geneva location! I am yet to have a bad experience at this location. Literally all of the employees that have helped me with different things are always so nice and excited to help you. Not only are they nice but they’re actually fun people to have a conversation with. I also have to mention my brow lady , Julie ! The first brow lady for me to always do a good job. She is amazing at her job and also very fun to talk to . All of the girls working in the cosmetics section are always patient with me and help me find the right stuff too. Keep it up ladies !!!
