Bought 5 Hittrax lessons only to find out only 3 instructors know how to use it. Never got the hitting report that was promised because the instructors I chose apparently don’t know how to run the system. The 3 instructors that the manager recommended for Hittrax after I complained have very little availability. Requested a refund on my remaining lessons but the manager just pointed to their refund policy. Save your money.

I find it frustrating when a business does not answer their phone or call back when someone leaves a message wanting to pay for their services. This becomes even more frustrating whey you have pre-paid for a series of rentals but can't use them because you can't contact the front desk to schedule them. My suggestion would be to invest in a self-scheduling system on your website. I called 4 times today, left 2 messages - called back a 5th time at 3pm and was told they close at 4p - Not such an awesome experience.
