The way an auction works is that people bring the cars there and the auction sells the cars for them in their auction sale. The auction does not sell their own cars, they sell cars that belong to other people/dealers. Kind of like an ebay auction, you can post something for sale on ebay and someone can buy it and Ebay didn't sell the item to your customer, you did. So America's Auto Auction doesn't sell stolen vehicles, they sell vehicles that dealers bring to them. If a vehicle has an issue it is not the auction, it is the seller who is responsible.
