No customer service at all with 3 ppl working on a Monday afternoon. I wasn't greeted or talked to. I took 8 things to the fitting room. No one asked me anything, how was it going, do you need another size, etc. And there was myself and on other customer in the store. I was going to purchase a few of the items and decided against it. I am not going to spend money at a store where they are have no customer service.

If you're a fan of Eileen Fisher clothes, there are always deals here. Staff is helpful in a hit/miss level of service to find clothes, but consistently good at checkout.
