Had my rotator cuff shoulder repaired, worked well for a bit after total therapy in 2021. But.... I Started working again in the medical field and my shoulder is declining! No lifting, no vacuuming and limited use of many other activities including playing or lifting my grandbaby girl! They are washing their hands of me and continue to do the same with my 2021, total hip replacement. Pain management therapy was hard to get because they didn't think i needed it....WOW, they don't have to walk in my shoes! Sooo, they put me on prednisone....Oh great, and worked until I was done in 5 days, but after finished the pain would return...So, why would I go back to the same Dr.? Thought they would help due to two surgeries...but Nope! I said I was disappointed and I was told...Sorry you feel that way, hummm, so I am to deal with this pain for the rest of my life? Now they have joined Morris Hospital or Morris Hospital and Care centers. I have totally paid them off! They have washed their hands of me, good for them but I still remain in Pain! What is a person to do?

Their billing people are highly unprofessional, imho. They will be very quick to send out a lien yet will not cooperate at all in obtaining records and invoices necessary to get insurer to pay. Then the ignore calls and emails asking for a call back and a release of lien seeing as they have been paid in full. Will require that a lawsuit be filed against them to release a lien they never should have placed and certainly should have released! Very unprofessional.

Called 9am Monday ask to speak with Dr Ali or associate no one called me back, I called at 4:40 pm I called and they told me that they were in surgery all day. I am in pain and no one calls me back. I am a patient.what is the problem here!
