Extraordinary, white glove service resort! Beautiful grounds, rooms, food, pool, spa, staff, everything was superb! We even got a room upgrade. I left some of my clothing which I discovered after I got home. Their staff promptly overnighted them to me. Cannot say enough good things, a must go to experience?

This is an incredible property. The location is awesome. The service top class. Their grounds are amazing. The onsite restaurant is enough reason to come to St. Michael's.

Had the pleasure of assisting my boss for 2 days at a company outing. WOW! The rooms...amazing! The bed was comfy, the sheets were soft. I'm pretty sure I left my room and when I came back a few hours later my bed had been fluffed! The service was wonderful, the reception desk and staff were all very supportive. The views are fantastic, the food was delicious. I could go on and on about this place. Would highly suggest a visit here for a couples retreat or just to walk around downtown. Cute little shops and great restaurants near by!

We came here to celebrate our ten year anniversary. We picked it because it was rated the nicest hotel near our house. The property is STUNNING, the staff is kind, young and diverse, the lobby smells amazing, the room is huge, and the views are just INCREDIBLE. But if you are a seasoned traveler and like places like the Four Seasons, you are going to find this place severely lacking. Our stay started out by no one escorting us to our room. We no joke had to stop on the way and ask for directions because we couldn’t find it. Turns out we had to walk through two, maybe three buildings, go outside a few times, and make countless turns. Today we had poor weather, which no one can control, but while looking for a nice quiet place to have a bottle of wine with my husband, we were left wanting. The main dining area wouldn't seat us and the bar, while empty, was too loud to have any sort of conversation. I even if asked if we could use an non-occupied meeting room and was told no because we didn’t “rent it”. We finally decided to go to our room for room service, but no one answered the phone. So that left my husband carrying a bottle of champagne and ice bucket to the furthest room on the property, unassisted. When we finally got through to order dessert, no joke, it came in a paper bag. I mean... I really had high hopes. This place is so close to being amazing but is just unwilling to go that last mile. I wanted to make this our new weekend getaway location but it's just not worth it.
